CONFIDENTIALITY, DATA PROTECTION AND CODE OF ETHICS

All internal or external employees, interns, subcontractors, service providers, company consultants, or other third parties who participate in CyberSafe's activities, have access to and/or use information from the Company, clients, or suppliers, are subject to rules of confidentiality, data protection, and ethics.

These rules apply to all internal or external employees, interns, subcontractors, or other third parties who have access to any system, equipment, document, or information belonging to or used by CyberSafe, its clients, and suppliers.

Our purpose is to protect the information held and used by CyberSafe, its clients, and suppliers from all threats, internal or external, deliberate or accidental, and to satisfy all regulatory or legal requirements.

Any suspicion or evidence of non-compliance with these internal rules, which may affect CyberSafe's systems, will be duly investigated by the Company's internal services or by third parties specifically contracted for this purpose. Disciplinary proceedings may be initiated, potentially leading to the dismissal of employees, as well as the initiation of criminal proceedings whenever justified.

All CyberSafe employees are subject to professional confidentiality, and are obligated not to share the information they have access to and that is transmitted to them with third parties. This duty of professional confidentiality extends beyond the employment relationship with CyberSafe, whether through an employment contract, internship agreement, or subcontracting, and must be maintained even after the termination of the collaboration with the Company.

CyberSafe's management objectives regarding business ethics include ensuring a high degree of awareness and ethical standards at the individual level, in order to minimize the risk of unethical practices. This involves maintaining a culture consistent with the company's values, fostering transparency, trust in relationships, and responsibility for the consequences of decisions and actions, as is expected of a company with a strong focus on information security.

CyberSafe employees are subject to compliance with the provisions of Law No. 67/98 of October 26, Law No. 41/2004 of August 18, the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and other legislation relating to the protection of personal data, in particular guaranteeing data subjects the right to access, rectification, and erasure of their personal data.

OPEN CHANNEL

In order to promote ethics, responsibility, and transparency, CyberSafe provides an Open Channel where you can report any non-compliance with the provisions of Article 8 of the General Anti-Corruption Regulation (RGPC), the General Whistleblower Protection Regulation (RGPDI), and Article 127 of the Labor Code.

Any internal or external employees, interns, subcontractors, service providers, company consultants, or other third parties who you consider to be victims of harassment, attempted corruption, or who have witnessed any of these situations, should file a complaint. For a proper analysis of the complaint, it is crucial that it be presented in detail and objectively, providing a description of the facts, the dates or time periods covered, the locations where they occurred, the people and/or entities involved, and other relevant elements.

The objective is to ensure the detection and prevention of practices that violate internal rules, ethical principles, or company values.

The Open Channel is intended exclusively for reporting conduct that may constitute ethical or regulatory violations, and should not be used for administrative procedures, complaints, or matters related to internal management.

Reports can be made confidentially or, if preferred, anonymously, guaranteeing protection and respect for the principle of good faith.
