This specialization brings CyberSafe the capability to add Cortex XDR to CyberSafe’s MDR (Managed Detection and Response) offering. This offering was built on top of CyberSafe’s SOC Services offering adding EDR/NDR/XDR to the SOC toolset in order to maximize the Detection and Response capabilities. CyberSafe’s MDR offering may include EDR/NDR/XDR licenses on the monthly fee or use existing client tools, managed and monitored by the CyberSafe team of cybersecurity analysts as Microsoft Defender, Trellix XDR, Crowdstrike, Sophos XDR and other.
To achieve Specialization status, Palo Alto Networks partner organizations must have Cortex XDR-certified SOC analysts/threat hunters on staff and available 24/7. Partners seeking this XMDR Specialization distinction must also complete both technical and sales enablement and specialization examinations.
