CyberSafe and Netwrix organized an executive breakfast to present the Netwrix Auditor Platform. The event “Netwrix Know Your Data, protect what matters” was hosted in Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, Lisboa, Portugal.

CyberSafe recently closed an agreement with vendor Netwrix to resell Netwrix Auditor Platform in Portugal. Netwrix Auditor is an agentless data security platform that empowers organizations to accurately identify sensitive, regulated and mission-critical information and apply access controls consistently, regardless of where the information is stored. It enables them to minimize the risk of data breaches and ensure regulatory compliance by proactively reducing the exposure of sensitive data and promptly detecting policy violations and suspicious user behavior.

CyberSafe and Darktrace organized an executive breakfast to present the Darktrace solution. The event “Darktrace The Enterprise Immune System” was hosted in VIP Grand Hotel Lisboa & SPA, Lisboa, Portugal.

CyberSafe recently closed an agreement with vendor Darktrace to resell its products in Portugal, adding its own services. DarkTrace solutions are used by more than 7000 organizations around the world showing a strong adoption by the market.

In terms of cyber defense, the Darktrace solution is the machine learning technology more advanced in the world. Inspired by the self-learning intelligence of the human immune system, Darktrace applies the same logic to enterprise and industrial environments. Powered by machine learning and AI algorithms developed by mathematics of the University of Cambridge, Enterprise Immune System technology iteratively learns a unique ‘pattern of life’ (‘self’) for every device and user on a network and correlates these insights in order to spot emerging threats that would otherwise go unnoticed. With a simple and fast installation, it detects and learns what’s normal about an infrastructure from a strategic point on the network, reacting to and warning of non-standard behavior. The process of detecting anomalies compares not only traffic behavior, but also the behavior of devices and networks compared to similar ones.

The event counted with the presence of several organizations as critical infrastructures, banks, public sector, services, manufacturing and other sectors.

CyberSafe participated in the “CPX Portugal 2018”

CyberSafe participated in the “CPX Portugal 2018”, an event organized by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, the world’s largest security specialist.

The event was attended by over 400 participants and had more than 30 technical conferences and sessions, which addressed a more global vision of security and workshops on the products of this manufacturer and its partners.

CyberSafe was present and participated with a session about the new european NIS Directive (Network and Infrastructure Systems Security), a new challenge for essential services operators and digital services, presented by Dinis Fernandes, Executive Manager, CyberSafe.

This edition had more participants and sponsors than the previous ones, Check Point once again wanted to involve other manufacturers and partners with something important to say about cybersecurity, considering that collaboration is key to fighting cybercrime and knowing that alone no one wins this war. “We did not want an event just to talk about our products and services. In fact, the challenge was to talk about cybersecurity, which is really what matters to companies, “said Rui Duro, Sales Manager of Check Point for Portugal.
