Synchronized Security

Cybersafe organized a Webinar about Synchronized Security with Ajoomal Associados and SOPHOS.

The webinar was guided by Dinis Fernandes, Executive Manager atCybersafe and counted with the presence of João Soares, Technical Manager at Ajoomal Asociados, Joao Ferreira, SOPHOS Business Development Manager at Ajoomal Asociados, Afonso Soromenho, Sales Engineer at Ajoomal Asociados and Marcelo Viegas, ICS Officer at INL – International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory.

The core topic of this Webinar was to explain the profound changes in the way of working worldwide due to the pandemic situation and the need for the companies to ensure the security of their data and confidentiality while their employees are working from home.

Regarding this topic there were explained and shown a range of solutions, such as Endpoint Protection, Network Protection and Cloud Security that will be able to ensure the protection of your employee’s devices from potential threats.

Marcelo Viegas showed how INL increased the security of its end users, an heterogenous group of high-end researchers composed by people from more than 30 nationalities by using Sophos Intercept X Advanced with EDR.

Webinar detection of unknown threats with ArcSight Intelligence

Cybersafe organized a webinar in collaboration with Micro Focus about detection of unknown threats with ArcSight Intelligence, User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) solution.

The webinar was guided by Dinis Fernandes, Executive Manager atCybersafe and counted with the presence of Jesus Prieto, Security Sales Engineer at Micro Focus.

The core topic of this Webinar was to explain how ArcSight Intelligence (UEBA) can help you detect unknown threats by using unsupervised machine learning to build the standard profiles and behaviors of users and entities (hosts, applications, network traffic and data repositories) across time and peer group horizons. Activity that is anomalous to these standard baselines is presented as suspicious. During the webinar there were explained and shown a range of use cases, such as Initial Access Attack, Exfiltration and Command & Control where attendees could understand better the ArcSight Intelligence process.
