Dear User/Candidate,
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the data collected and provided by you, will be kept under the responsibility of CYBERSAFE, by the terms of the provisions of article 13 of GDPR. Below, you will find information about the processing of your personal data:
- IDENTITY OF THE DATA PROCESSOR
The responsible for the data processing of the candidate is CYBERSAFE, LDA., Legal person no. 513775110, address in Alfrapark, Estrada de Alfragide, 67, Edifício H, piso 1, 2610-008 Amadora.
- LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSE OF TREATMENT AND DATA COMMUNICATION
The personal data provided by you when applying for a job, are collected with your express consent and necessary to include your application in the recruitment process managed by CYBERSAFE.
In addition, you expressly consent that your application and collected data, be treated, not only within the scope of the vacancy you applied for, but for any other job opportunity that appears at CYBERSAFE and fits with your training and experience.
We remind you of the obligation to provide all your necessary data, otherwise CYBERSAFE cannot fulfil the described objectives and your application will be excluded from the recruitment process.
- DATA REQUESTED
To evaluate your application for the position you applied for or were contacted, you must provide the following details: full name, date of birth, contact and updated CV.
During the selection process, CYBERSAFE may ask you by any means (telephone, e-mail, personal interview), additional information deemed necessary and appropriate to the purposes of the application, as well as requesting the sending of the CV in English.
If you have already been a candidate or employee at CYBERSAFE (a situation that you must immediately communicate to us), you expressly consent CYBERSAFE to access your information, possibly included in the company`s file, even if they have been blocked, in accordance with the internal procedures, implemented in relation to the data preservation periods, accepting the respective unlocking of the information, to be incorporated again in your candidate file.
We recall the obligation to supply all your necessary data and accept the previously described, otherwise CYBERSAFE cannot fulfil the described objectives.
- DATA CONSERVATION DEADLINES
Your personal data will be blocked when they are no longer needed for the purpose that they were collected and, in any case, within a maximum period of two years from the date of your registration in the recruitment vacancy or if you had not been hired.
At any time, the candidate has the possibility to exercise the rights that are recognized in the GDPR, and the information about the respective procedure can be found in the clause designated “RIGHTS”.
- ASSIGNMENTS AND TREATMENTS BY THIRD PARTIES
Following the previous provision on the purpose of processing the collected data, depending on the nature of the intended selection process, and if you have applied for a role assigned to a specific CYBERSAFE’s Customer, you are informed, and expressly consent, that CYBERSAFE provide your personal data and information, for example related to academic training and professional experience, to the CYBERSAFE’s End Customer(s) or Prospect(s), and in which project the candidate may join the work team. The purpose of such access by the End Customer is to enable him to confirm the suitability of the work team proposed by CYBERSAFE, according to the technical requirements of the project.
- RIGHTS
CYBERSAFE informs you as a candidate applying for a job about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation of personal treatment, as well as the right to portability, which you are given, and you must request it by e-mail to be sent to the following address: contato@cybersafe.pt. For the progress of the request, you must attach a copy of your ID and expressly indicate the following:
- Specify the desired order.
- Postal address or e-mail for notification purposes.
- Documents that justify the request made, as appropriate.
